Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract-level roles.
  • Advise and influence leaders on effective solutions for recruitment needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practice and market trends.
  • Contribute to recruitment optimisation projects and drive diverse hiring needs aligned to DE&I action plans.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Business Partner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge across sourcing and talent pooling strategies for specialist and leadership roles.
  • Pas sion for creating a high-quality, positive candidate experience.
