Retail Sales Manager Position:

This role involves creating a positive customer experience, managing sales floor operations and supporting the store team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer has a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Maintain high product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to drive sales performance and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
  • Rotate and replenish merchandise as required, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Administer company procedures and policies, including cash handling and EFTPOS transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is essential.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS experience is desirable.
  • Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising skills are beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for fashion footwear are essential.
