Floor Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our floors.
- The ideal candidate will supervise staff, monitor their performance, and manage inventory levels.
- Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining public areas and floors, assigning floor keys, and reporting on maintenance work.
- The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure safety protocols are followed, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
The team leader will work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe following are essential duties of this role:
- Supervise staff members and evaluate their performance regularly.
- Manage stock levels and maintain par stock quantities.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas and floors.
- Assign and distribute floor keys to authorized personnel.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
Essential Requirements:
- Able to stand for extended periods during working hours.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling may be required.
- Climbing ladders occasionally may be necessary.
