  • Set and communicate clear targets effectively to drive sales growth.
  • Handle orders for residential and trade clients efficiently.
  • Provide expert product advice and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimise showroom operations and improve processes.
  • Implement and improve procedures to ensure smooth showroom operations.
  • Coordinate staff rosters and manage a team of professionals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leadership and sales is essential.
  • Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Point of Sale (POS) systems is required.
  • Computer literacy is necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills and a team-focused approach are crucial.
  • Sales motivator with a can-do attitude is essential.
  • Full-time role, including some Saturdays, is required.
  • Desire to achieve and contribute to a positive team culture is vital.
