They will be a team-focused leader with strong leadership skills, a sales motivator with a can-do attitude, and a desire to achieve and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and mentor your team members to achieve their full potential
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for showroom staff
  • Set and communicate clear targets and goals
  • Handle orders for residential and trade clients with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide expert product advice and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize showroom operations and improve processes and procedures
  • Coordinate staff rosters and manage a high-performing team
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and sales success
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Full-time role with some Saturdays required
