Tile Wizards is a well-established Australian-owned business, specialising in Carpet, Timber, Vinyl, and Tiles. With over 25 years in the industry, we're known for our modern showrooms, quality products, and strong focus on builders, renovators, and home improvement projects.

We're now looking for a Flooring Sales Manager to work with our Springwood team and provide support to other stores within the group. This is a hands-on leadership role with key responsibility, variety, and opportunities to grow.


About the role
  • Driving sales through new and existing customer accounts
  • Overseeing store operations, stock management, and merchandising
  • Leading, training, and motivating your sales and operations team
  • Building strong relationships with builders, suppliers, and homeowners
  • Preparing quotes, measures, and flooring plans for clients and projects
  • Coordinating installations with contractors and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Implementing marketing and promotional strategies to maximise results

What you need
  • Experience in the flooring industry (carpet, timber, vinyl,)
  • Proven success in sales management and business development
  • A solid understanding of the building/renovation sector
  • Exceptional communication skills including conflict management.
  • High level of sales training and team building
  • Merchandising & displaying of flooring options in stores
  • Maintaining pricelist and specials for the group
  • Organising layers to complete jobs in a professional manner as required
  • Stock control of Carpet warehouses
  • Measuring, quoting and preparing flooring plans for projects and clients
  • Checking carpet/flooring plans submitted by sales staff as required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in measuring, quoting, and project planning
  • Experience in stock control and warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership with a focus on training and team development
  • A proactive, professional "can-do" attitude
