The Role

As the Retail Media Partnerships Manager, your primary focus will be on crafting and implementing promotional and retail media strategies aimed at driving revenue growth. You will work to secure leading promotions, maintain a competitive pricing structure, and foster strong relationships with our key strategic partner sellers. Ensuring compliance with promotional mechanics across all banners will also be a critical part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with a select group of sellers to position WMP as the preferred destination for top-tier deals. Develop a sustainable, high-performance promotional strategy with strategic partners to drive revenue and enhance visibility. Conduct market analysis, customer insights, and competitive pricing assessments to guide commercial planning and seller negotiations. Oversee pricing adjustments, including promotional offers and discounts, in collaboration with relevant internal teams. Evaluate product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and refine pricing strategies. Build and sustain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaborative efforts.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a Marketplace or eCommerce setting, engaging with suppliers and sellers. Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth. Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven mindset and a structured approach to work. Exceptional skills in relationship management, adept at handling multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within set timelines. Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
