Job Overview:

Sell products and solutions to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement account strategy focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts in target markets representing the entire product portfolio.
  • Develop business plan/account plan to grow the customer base and strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals.
  • Create added value for the customer and the company by ensuring a coordinated sales approach.
  • Communicate details in accordance with supply, offering, and strategy, achieving/exceeding sales targets set for the territory/state and country targets.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies for accounts by providing the customer's current business and long-term plans, defining, and proposing sales targets and growth margin for the account.
  • Establish and develop account relationships based on a defined strategy, acting as focal point for problem resolution, monitoring customer claims, planning, facilitating, and conducting customer negotiations.
  • Monitor competitors' activity with each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
  • Coordinate the use of internal or external resources to provide value-added services to accounts.
  • Sell products and systems to customers, establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.

Candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, have experience in sales and marketing, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
