Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for managing our day-to-day operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless workflow.

About the Role:

  • Manage daily operations, including bookings, scheduling, invoicing, and small job quotes
  • Coordinate with tenants, property managers, commercial managers, and tradesmen
  • Work independently and stay on task
  • Order stock from suppliers
  • Assist bookkeeper with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Be point of contact in a plumbing emergency
  • Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft, ServiceM8te, online stock ordering through suppliers - cloud-based programs

Requirements:

  • Solid stakeholder and people management skills
  • Persuasive, friendly, and focused on building strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • A well-organized, process-oriented, and positive approach
  • Experience in customer service
