**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planning Coordinator to join our team in Perth.

This role involves executing maintenance work safely and efficiently, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to gather specific information regarding onshore maintenance requirements.

  • The successful candidate will provide expert advice, support, and technical information related to estimating and work pack preparation.
  • Develop and coordinate work packs and documentation for efficient execution.
  • C coordinate maintenance activities according to client procedures and standards, including implementing maintenance plans.
  • Oversee planning aspects such as materials, resources, and equipment procurement.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of maintenance management systems and planning tools, primarily using SAP.

**Requirements:**

  • Educated to trade or engineering level
  • Able to travel to site as required
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
