Job Description- As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and accuracy.
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and address concerns with a solution-focused approach.
This role requires excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize customer needs while aligning with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
Requirements- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer service, supply chain, or related role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
