**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate talent attraction, recruitment, induction, onboarding and exit processes to ensure a positive experience for all employees.
  • Maintain payroll files and activate payroll processing with external providers.
  • Conduct HR audits, maintain employee databases, staff files and policies.

**Requirements:

  • Experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of employment legislation.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make sound judgement calls and implement effective solutions.
  • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and employment database systems.
