Job Title: Night Auditor

This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about connecting travelers to local authenticity and providing comfortable and bespoke accommodation. Our hotel offers 110 micro-apartments, walking distance to public transport, 24-hour reception, on-site gym and pool, and conference space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Completing the night shift at the hotel from 11.00pm to 7.00am
  • Providing high levels of guest services at all touchpoints after hours (check-in, check-out, during stay)
  • Resolving after-hours complaints and problems across our network of hotels in Melbourne
  • Processing the nightly audits and reports for all Melbourne hotels
  • Responding to security and emergency situations in a safe and professional manner
