We are seeking a Hotel Guest Services Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests. This role will involve managing guest inquiries, checking in and out of guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.

- Provide timely and effective email and phone management
- Check in and out of guests
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure the hotel's high standards of customer service are maintained
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
