Job Overview:
\As a Hotel Cleanliness Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
\Ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience is key to your role. You will work closely with other housekeeping team members to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Stock carts and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and upholding quality standards.
Requirements:
\- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
