As well as:Work in a call centre environment where you will be handling a high volume of calls per day.Assist our guests in finding the perfect accommodation for their stay with an in-depth knowledge of our properties across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.Have a strong knowledge of Crown's Hotels and our Hotel packages.About youYou'll bring the following:Established experience in hotel front office, reservations, call centre or travel agency.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in learning new computer systems.Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask.Additional InformationThis role requires:Availability to work a 7-day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnightAbility to work in a pressured fast-paced environmentPolished communication and strong attention to detailWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
