Hotel Reservations Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven individual to join our team as a Hotel Reservations Representative. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by handling high-volume calls and providing expert knowledge of our hotels and packages.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced call centre environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in our guests' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of calls per day with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting guests in finding the perfect accommodation for their stay with expert knowledge of our hotels and packages.
  • Developing strong relationships with our guests to ensure they feel valued and supported throughout their stay.

We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a pressurized environment. Working Arrangements:
