Culturally Sensitive Nursing Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Lecturer in Nursing. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, assessing student progress, and developing culturally appropriate course materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and teach Nursing students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Develop and deliver culturally sensitive course materials.
- Provide guidance and support to First Nation students.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated lived experience and broader understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and engagement with community.
- Strong understanding of theory and practice.
- Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
