Our Opportunity
We are seeking a high-calibre technician to join our Sydney team, who is sustainably minded and has the skills to fix our appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly with our spare parts to satisfy our long-standing customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Technician, you will carry out professional quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop.
You will develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions.
You will complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
You will maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.
Requirements
You will need an Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) industry experience as a minimum.
You will need strong communication skills and strong PC skills.
You will need to provide premium customer service.
You will need to be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.
