Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of HR & OHS Officer (Part-Time). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, safety management, and compliance.

  • Maintain staffing levels to meet business requirements and assist with recruitment and induction processes.
  • Manage site health and safety management system and ensure compliance with OHS State Regulations.
  • Evaluate site risks, review incidents, and conduct investigations.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain HR information systems, both manual and electronic, as the primary source of employee information.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources or Safety role.

  • Ability to work professionally within a team environment.
