Job Title: Support Services Coordinator
">The role of Support Services Coordinator involves being the primary point of contact for parents and visitors to our institution. Key responsibilities include answering incoming internal and external telephone calls, redirecting as necessary, responding to information requests from visitors, staff, and parents, managing deliveries and orders to the school, and assisting with general administration tasks as required.
">- Manage front desk operations, providing administrative support and customer service to students, staff, and visitors.">
- Provide first aid support to students, record student data accurately, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.">
- Support the Administration Manager and College Leadership by contributing to a safe and healthy workplace environment.">
Requirements:
">- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively to inquiries and concerns.">
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for all stakeholders.">
- A good understanding of the running of an administrative office in an educational setting, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other office equipment.">
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners.">
- High level of problem-solving skills to support working in a dynamic and developing environment.">
- Ability to handle potentially sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality.">
Essential Qualifications:
">- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.">
- Provide First Aid certification or willingness to be trained.">
- Mandatory Notification (RRHAN-EC) certificate, obtained within the past three years or willingness to obtain.">
