Position DetailsImmediate Start Required. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Regional Supervisor to oversee our operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct monthly site visits for cleaning inspections.
- Provide on-site training and support to cleaning staff.
- Organize and coordinate staff shifts.
- Manage stock control and inventory.
- Perform operational duties as needed, including coverage for staff absences (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, rubbish disposal, cleaning facilities, glass surfaces, and pathological cleaning).
- Experience in commercial cleaning and supervision.
- Reliable personal vehicle for regional travel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
- Follow instructions from Area Managers or Supervisors.
- Maintain physical and mental fitness.
- Reliable transport and contactability.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Ability to obtain a SAPOL National Police Clearance.
