About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to deliver high-quality care services to our clients, promoting their independence and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with their personal care and hygiene needs, including wound management and medication administration.
- Contribute to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of clients through assessment and observation.
- Implement clinical interventions as delegated by senior nursing staff and documented in client care plans.
- Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Assist clients with daily activities, promoting their dignity and well-being.
About You
- You hold current AHPRA registration and are willing to obtain necessary clearances.
- You have experience working in community or aged care settings, with a strong commitment to quality improvement.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
