Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Monitoring and controlling project expenses, resources, and scope
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve project objectives
  • Providing regular project updates, reports, and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
