Project Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of historic renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to preservation standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, tracking performance and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and safety reports.
  • Support scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring tasks are completed on time and project milestones are tracked.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in multi-family or residential projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify issues and work with the project team to find solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in construction.
