As a Housing Consultant at Civica, you'll play a crucial role in implementing and configuring our Housing Software. You'll be our subject matter expert, advising customers on tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing onsite and remote consultancy services to customers during implementation and post-live phases
  • Documenting customer configuration requirements and assisting in updating training courses
  • Working closely with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for enhancements

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Housing Market
  • Up-to-date knowledge of policies for Social Housing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working directly with customers and in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment
  • Ability to inform and persuade others
  • Highly analytical and a problem solver
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines

Preferred skills:

  • Experience conducting demonstrations in front of customers
  • Experience working with process-based applications
  • Experience with documentation
