We are seeking a skilled Housing Delivery Specialist to join our team at Civica UK Ltd. As a key member of our Local Government - Social and Affordable Housing Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring our Housing Software.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the housing market and up-to-date policies for social housing. You will provide onsite and remote consultancy, services, and support for our customers during implementation, post-live, testing, training, and attend and deliver presentations or demonstrations.

You will also document customer configuration requirements and assist in updating and developing tailored training courses for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, experience working directly with customers, and the ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure our Housing Software
  • Provide consultancy, services, and support to customers
  • Document customer configuration requirements
  • Develop tailored training courses for customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of the housing market
  • Up-to-date policies for social housing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working directly with customers and in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment
  • Highly analytical and a problem solver
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Candidates with experience conducting demonstrations, working with process-based applications, and creating documentation are highly desirable.
