This role involves working with our Local Government - Social and Affordable Housing Business Unit, providing expert advice on implementing and configuring our Housing Software. You'll play a crucial role in advising our customers on tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.

Your responsibilities will include providing onsite and remote consultancy, services, and support during implementation, post-live testing, training, and presenting to customers. You'll document customer configuration requirements and assist in updating and developing tailored training courses.

You'll work closely with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for enhancements. A keen interest in our Housing Cx products would be beneficial, as would experience working directly with customers and in a customer-facing role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the housing market, stay up-to-date with social housing policies, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment.
