About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Consultant to join our team at Civica. As a Housing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and configuring our Housing Software and providing expert advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure our Housing Software to meet customer requirements
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the use of our Housing Software
  • Develop and deliver training courses for customers on the use of our Housing Software
  • Work closely with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for product enhancements
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the Housing Market
  • Up-to-date knowledge of policies for Social Housing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working directly with customers and in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment
  • Ability to inform and persuade others
  • Highly analytical and a problem solver
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
Preferred Skills
  • Experience conducting demonstrations in front of customers
  • Experience working with process-based applications
  • Experience with documentation
