Veterans Access Network Manager Darwin Job Summary

The Department of Veterans' Affairs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterans Access Network Manager to lead our team in Darwin. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing front-line client service delivery and office operations to deliver high-quality services to veterans and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of client service officers to deliver services in person, via phone, email, or online.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client service delivery and office operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to DVA projects and transformation initiatives to improve systems and processes.
  • Personally deliver services to support clients with complex needs.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Relevant experience in client service management and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Security clearance (Baseline Vetting) required.
