Job Title: Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our operational teams and ensure that our services reflect the needs of our customers and deliver agreed quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational teams to ensure services meet customer needs and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Handle and resolve client queries, develop strategies for service improvement, and lead client services staff.
  • Maintain business relationships with stakeholders and ensure the smooth running of departments.
  • Manage staff rostering, data and records, and accommodations, while ensuring staff and participant health and well-being.
  • Develop support plans for clients, ensure adequate information is gathered, and communicate objectives and strategies to staff.
  • Ensure strength-based approaches and least restrictive practices are integral to support plans.
Requirements:
  • STA, MTA, and SIL experience.
  • Service management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years NDIS service delivery experience.
  • In-home and community participation coordination experience.
  • Excellent rostering and time management skills.
  • Ability to go above and beyond with quality services.
  • Essential stakeholder relationships and communication skills.
  • Experience in ROC, Restrictive Practice, and high medical needs.
  • Experience in NDIS compliance.
