Job Title: Marketing Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive key 360 marketing activities and grow our D2C and B2B platforms across the APAC region. As a member of our global marketing team, you will play a vital role in executing campaigns that resonate locally and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Marketing Director APAC to create territory strategies and build effective marketing plans that drive awareness and subscription objectives
- Plan and execute through-the-line marketing campaigns end-to-end, working collaboratively with local and international stakeholders, and third parties (agencies, partners)
- Build and maintain key relationships with commercial and brand partners to drive SOV
- Manage local BTL agencies, ensuring best-in-class PR, events, and activations
- Act as brand champion for Hayu, working with Marketing Director APAC to continuously evaluate and refine the brand proposition alongside ensuring creative alignment and tone of voice across all touch points
- Proven track record of defining marketing strategies and translating them to tactical plans
- Experience working in a digital subscription model business, ideally with a deep understanding of female consumers
- Able to demonstrate integrated campaign success, including a strong understanding of PR and BTL activation
- Knowledge of the Australian media landscape, with experience planning ATL/Digital media
- 5+ years of experience in a B2C role
- Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing experience
