Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume claim reviews to influence scheme performance.
  • Apply legislative frameworks and clinical guidelines to assess liability and treatment appropriateness.
  • Facilitate case conferences to review treatment progress and clarify recovery goals.
  • Identify management gaps and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills
  • Proven expertise in personal injury claims management.
  • In-depth knowledge of workers compensation and/or motor accident legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically assess claims and identify opportunities for improved outcomes.
