Lead Claims Review Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Claims Review Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale claims review programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of claims management principles and have experience in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of Assessors to meet performance and quality targets.
  • Provide technical support in claims management, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and best-practice strategies.
  • Oversee workflow and claims allocation for efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among team members.
  • Ensure quality control processes are in place and client guidelines are met.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive matters, customer complaints, and client enquiries.
  • Develop project updates and communications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles within a personal injury claims environment.
  • Strong understanding of claims management principles, ideally with experience in workers compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance, drive KPIs, and support staff development.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a solution-focused approach.
