Claims Management Leadership Role

We are seeking a results-driven claims management professional to lead and support a team of assessors in delivering high-quality outcomes for large-scale claims review programs.

This leadership role will focus on driving performance, quality assurance, and coaching to ensure the success of our claims management programs. You will also play a key part in supporting onboarding and driving performance outcomes in alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of claims management assessors to meet and exceed performance and quality targets.
  • Provide technical support in managing personal injury claims, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and best-practice claims strategies.
  • Manage workflow and claims allocation to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and support to team members to encourage continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with client guidelines and relevant frameworks.
  • Support the development of project updates and communications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles within a personal injury claims environment.
  • Strong understanding of claims management principles, ideally with claims management experience in workers compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance, drive KPIs, and support staff development.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a solution-focused approach to decision-making.
