Are you looking for a leadership role that allows you to make a real impact?

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Claims Management team in Geelong, VIC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team of Claims Management Assessors, ensuring they meet and exceed performance and quality targets.

You will also provide technical support in the management of personal injury claims, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and best-practice claims strategies.

Other key responsibilities include managing workflow and claims allocation, providing ongoing feedback and mentoring to team members, and overseeing quality control processes.

If you have a proven track record of team leadership or supervisory roles within a personal injury claims environment, we would love to hear from you.
