Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Claims professional to join our team in New Zealand. As a Senior Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims and achieving the optimum outcome of early and sustainable return to work with reasonable claim costs.

    Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with medical professionals, employers, brokers, rehab providers and other stakeholders to create an effective Return to Work strategy. You will also assist the worker and employer with the claim process, providing support, managing expectations and ensuring timely access to required services to support return to work and injury recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims to achieve the optimum outcome of early and sustainable return to work with reasonable claim costs.
