About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Field Sales Team, servicing our Petrol and Convenience customers in the Campbelltown area.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of our top brand portfolio, including spreads, milk, milk-based beverages, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and mutual success.
  • Achieve profit growth targets by maximizing availability of our products across our vast range of products.
  • Ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customers and drive fridge utilisation and location management.

About You

  • You will have previous sales experience and a strong ability to provide high-level customer service.
  • You will be willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • You will be open to trying new strategies and challenging current ways of thinking to maximize sales and develop new opportunities.
  • You will display high levels of teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets.
