About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Field Sales Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of our top brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales and drive business growth
  • Achieve profit growth targets by ensuring best-in-class availability of our products across our vast range of products
  • Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customers
  • Drive fridge utilisation and location management of fridges in store

About You

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop new strategies to drive sales growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong teamwork and resilience skills with the ability to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets
