Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Reward Analyst. As a key member of our executive reward team, you will play a vital role in the implementation and management of various tools, templates, databases, and regular reporting relating to executive reward.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing remuneration approval documentation and contractual aspects of executive appointments, moves, and separations. You will also be responsible for maintaining, checking, and updating various tools, templates, databases, and regular reporting, while ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.

Furthermore, you will coordinate and undertake executive remuneration benchmarking surveys, providing reporting and analysis of trends. You will contribute to the delivery of external disclosures through the timely provision of executive remuneration data and work as part of a team to deliver all aspects of the executive remuneration review.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong interest in remuneration practices, executive remuneration, reward governance, and human resources.
  • Highly numerical with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of quality assurance on end products and outcomes.
  • An ethical and professional manner with a focus on confidentiality and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent drafting skills to prepare various types of formal communication and documentation.
