About the Role

The City of Parramatta Council is seeking a skilled Facilities and Administration Specialist to join their team.

As a Facilities and Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating technical services and contract administration to support the effective management of the council's building assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance standards, manage budgets, and oversee scheduled and reactive works
  • Support procurement and contract compliance, ensuring high standards of safety, service quality, and community engagement
  • Monitor service level agreements, conduct regular inspections, and liaise with stakeholders
