**Job Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deli Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Deli Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the deli department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Fresh Food Retail Knowledge**: You will have a strong understanding of fresh food retail and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
- **Experience in Service Deli**: You will have previous experience working in a service deli environment and be able to demonstrate your skills and knowledge in this area.
- **Supervising Team Members**: You will be responsible for supervising a team of staff and providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their targets.
- **Ordering, Cost Control, and Gross Profit**: You will be responsible for ordering stock, managing costs, and ensuring that the deli department is operating at a profit.
- **Accurate Staff Rostering**: You will be responsible for creating accurate staff rosters to ensure that the deli department is adequately staffed at all times.
- **Passion and Enthusiasm**: You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a hands-on approach to your work.
