About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and effective occupational therapy services to our patients and clients. This will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including those with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients and clients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for our patients and clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and training to other healthcare professionals and clients on occupational therapy principles and practices.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
  • High level of knowledge and skill in the provision of generalist occupational therapy clinical services to clients of all ages.
  • Experience in operational management of a small team.
  • Ability to participate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and liaise effectively with supervisors and other senior clinicians regarding clinical service delivery and improvement opportunities.
What We Offer
  • Total remuneration value of up to $12,731 p.m.
  • Hourly rate between $67.53 p.h.
