Job Summary

As a senior leader in our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic reward, benefits and recognition programs that are fair, competitive and people-focused.

You will be responsible for overseeing executive remuneration, governance and compliance to ensure alignment with business goals and market expectations.

Additionally, you will lead the design and delivery of high-performing teams across reward, systems and reporting, focusing on clarity and impact.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field\
  • Deep experience in shaping remuneration, HR systems and people analytics\
  • Strong expertise in executive reward and governance\
  • Natural leadership and partnership skills to drive clear, strategic outcomes
