The Role

  • Develop strategic reward programs that are fair, competitive and people-focused.
  • Oversight of executive remuneration, governance and compliance to ensure alignment with business goals and market expectations.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team across reward and systems.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure remuneration strategies support both our people and performance.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field, paired with relevant experience.
  • Deep experience in shaping remuneration, HR systems and people analytics, ideally gained within large retail or complex organisation.
  • Strong expertise in executive reward and governance.
  • A natural leader who influences with authenticity, builds meaningful relationships and drives clear outcomes.
  • An optimistic and curious mindset that loves cutting through complexity and continuously elevating how we reward and recognise our people.
