The Role
- Develop strategic reward programs that are fair, competitive and people-focused.
- Oversight of executive remuneration, governance and compliance to ensure alignment with business goals and market expectations.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across reward and systems.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure remuneration strategies support both our people and performance.
- Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field, paired with relevant experience.
- Deep experience in shaping remuneration, HR systems and people analytics, ideally gained within large retail or complex organisation.
- Strong expertise in executive reward and governance.
- A natural leader who influences with authenticity, builds meaningful relationships and drives clear outcomes.
- An optimistic and curious mindset that loves cutting through complexity and continuously elevating how we reward and recognise our people.
