Global Quality Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Global Quality Strategist to lead the development and execution of our global quality strategy. This role will require strong leadership skills, hands-on problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global quality strategy to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to build supplier strategies and calibration frameworks.
  • Establish processes for consistency across countries and product categories.
  • Oversee supplier performance and implement training programs.
  • Design reporting tools to provide visibility and accountability across the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in quality control within the retail sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing quality processes and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production, inspection procedures, and supplier management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based reporting systems.
  • Experience building tools, dashboards, and calibration frameworks to monitor performance.
  • Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Demonstrated success in building supplier capability and driving accountability.
