Senior Rewards Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of strategic reward programs.

  • Develop and implement remuneration strategies that align with business goals and market expectations.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team across reward and systems, with a strong focus on clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure remuneration strategies support both our people and performance.

Experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, paired with hands-on experience.
  • Deep expertise in shaping remuneration, HR systems, and people analytics within complex organisations.
  • Strong expertise in executive reward and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver strategic reward programs that meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of reward initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in remuneration, HR systems, and people analytics.
