We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of strategic reward programs.
- Develop and implement remuneration strategies that align with business goals and market expectations.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across reward and systems, with a strong focus on clarity and impact.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure remuneration strategies support both our people and performance.
Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, paired with hands-on experience.
- Deep expertise in shaping remuneration, HR systems, and people analytics within complex organisations.
- Strong expertise in executive reward and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver strategic reward programs that meet business objectives.
- Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of reward initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in remuneration, HR systems, and people analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering successful reward initiatives.
