Enterprise Change Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive transformational initiatives that empower our teams to deliver exceptional results.

This is a unique opportunity to take a new function beyond its foundations and into action. With clear objectives, a high degree of autonomy, and significant influence across the Executive and Senior Leadership groups, you will play a critical role in uplifting change capability across the enterprise.

About the Role
  • You will lead the development and implementation of change strategies focusing on people-led change.
  • Partner with leaders across all levels to build organisational agility, capability, and confidence in leading change.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed contemporary change practices and behaviours within the Enterprise Change Centre of Excellence.
  • Establish an enterprise-wide forward view of change, build change leadership and acumen, and improve how we make decisions and deliver change through the provision of end-to-end change advisory services.
What We're Looking For:
  • A powerful communicator and natural collaborator who can influence senior leaders to think differently and adopt new ways of working.
  • Someone with proven success applying change management practices to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in delivering behavioural and cultural transformation in complex environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Human Resources, Organisation Development) and change management certification (e.g. Prosci).
