About the Role

As a People Services Advisor, you will be the initial point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance on People & Culture policies, processes, and systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries via the People & Culture ticketing system, providing timely and accurate advice on policies, procedures, and HRIS processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the P&C system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Support the enhancement of People & Culture processes, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
  • Work closely with other People & Culture team members, providing ad-hoc support for the wider team and strategic projects.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a shared services or HR support function, managing employee queries and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and ticketing platforms to ensure efficient case management and resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance and data security.
