
Employee Lifecycle Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Employee Lifecycle Manager to join our team in a hybrid role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end employee journey, including onboarding, training, and terminations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee records, policies, and procedures aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing the onboarding of NDIS clients, ensuring all documentation and service agreements are compliant
- Maintaining organisational compliance with all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
- Conducting regular checks to maintain SIL/NDIS house compliance, including staff credentials, audits, and documentation
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in HR and/or NDIS compliance, a strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and employee management, and excellent attention to detail.

- NDIS Screening Check (required)
- Current Criminal Record Check (required)
- Completed NDIS Workers Orientation Module (required)
- First Aid certificate and CPR (desirable)
